Aaron Kingan / Senior Partner

Aaron has been an Owner, Director or Advisor for all types and sizes of SME for over 25 years. There really has been little he hasn’t been seen or done, learning from his experience own and that of others.

Aaron has experience in both in sales and accountancy. Like all good businessmen, he is wholly open to learning and is excited with the opportunities to use his knowledge, network and passion for everything business.

Roy Rodford / Senior Partner

Roy has more than 20 years experience of  business ownership, mentoring, advising and turnaround. He built a technology company of his own in Ireland and UK that was acquired by BT,  then went on to manage and support several start-up and exit projects as shareholder, investor and director.

These days he’s working more on investment and supporting emerging and existing businesses with their expansion and growth plans, particularly with the investment communities in UK and Ireland.
